(Formerly Dragon Realty Capital) was originally founded by Craig Higdon to offer commercial real estate financing nationwide and it did so for 30 years.

With massive changes looming in the commercial real estate market, increasing interest rates, increasing inflation, and destabilization in Fiat currencies towards the end of 2022, the decision was made to move into refined fuels and subsequently, other commodities.

Full biographical information is available on Mr. Higdon’s LinkedIn profile, below.  However, Mr. Higdon is a “recovering engineer” having survived the Mechanical Engineering curriculum at the University of Southern California, receiving his BSME and he later went on to get his Masters in Business Administration at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.  He is a practicing Second Degree black belt in Shaolin Kempo, so it’s not a good idea to get him really angry.
